Aluminium Roller Hooks

We process the aluminium for our roller hooks further in a very special way and harden it in a similar way to steel.
In this way we achieve a carrier load of up to 500 kg (1,102.31 lbs) for pigs and 1,500 kg (3,306.93 lbs) for cattle
and calves. The rollers are made of galvanized steel or stainless steel with maintenance-free stainless
steel ball bearings.
Features:
- Upper part: casting of maximum carrier load for 500kg or 1500kg
- Aluminium hook with the roller made of galvanized steel or stainless steel and stainless steel ball bearings
- Models with and without auxiliary hooks
- Insertion of transponder chips
- Pipe/bushing for bottom hole available
Bottom part is optional according customer requirements – hook, spreader hook and chain with different
diammeters, the material used is according to the customer’s wishes, as standard we use AISI 304 – food grade
stainless steel.
Roller hook / Upper part made from aluminium with stainless steel roller and two high quality ball bearings – all in
food industry grade quality. Insertion of transponder chips is also possible.
